Hey all! Welcome to the first official post by the Jensen clan (by Jenn, really). Won't Don be upset he didn't get the first word in?! We have really enjoyed viewing friend's blogs and thought it would be fun to have one of our own. So, here we are! We had a beautiful day today and took full advantage by taking our little Miss Sass to the park. She loves the park. She loves swinging (on the big girl swing of course!) and sliding and running after the soccer ball and just walking on the trails! She especially loves the benches. Every bench we walk by she says "Ben!" and insists on sitting, even if it's only for a second. Where, I wonder, did the fascination with benches come from? I can't think of anything that we have done to create or even encourage this fascination. That's the crazy, cool thing about watching your little baby grow into a little person right before your eyes. You realize that although you influence them in many ways, they really are their own little being with their own personality, likes and dislikes, and their own agenda! Let's hope we can remember this when she hits her teenage years!
